Hours: Mon- Fri 0900-1700

Key Responsibilities :

- Be the welcoming first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring everyone feels valued 

- Efficiently manage meeting room bookings to support our team’s productivity 

- Oversee incoming and outgoing mail to maintain smooth communication 

- Handle petty cash and basic banking duties with accuracy and integrity 

- Provide typing and secretarial support as needed (a great bonus, though not essential) 

About You :

- A personable and confident individual with a strong customer focus 

- Exceptional communication skills, both in person and over the phone 

- Computer savvy with a professional telephone manner 

- Typing and secretarial skills are an added advantage
