What a day to day will look like as a receptionist…

• Supporting with all incoming calls and direct to the relevant colleagues
• Distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
• Organise and order stationary and other supplies
• Greet visitors and clients, issues and badges, inform relevant staff and follow sign procedures
• Support sales admin team when needed
• Ordering uniform when needed
