Recovery Worker
Rocasa Consulting are looking for an experienced Recovery Worker to join a team in a housing assosciation providing support to people struggling with poor mental health. Full time and part time roles available.
Responsibilities:
- building strong and trusting rapport with clienst from different backgrounds
- create and assess support plans and risk assessments to assist clients in their recovery
- use a range of interventions and approaches, such as person-centred and trauma informed.
- safeguarding clients at all times
- promoting independence and self-confidence as possible to encourage clients along their recovery journey
- assiting clients with finding other support agencies and networks via signposting and referrals
- enabling clients make informed choices about their recovery and support
About you:
- at least 2 years experience with mental health or complex needs
- experience within the housing sector
- driver license is preferable
- good communicator
- willingness to have a DBS check
- knowledge of safeguarding
