Recovery Worker
LOCATION: South Gloucestershire
HOURS: 37.5 Hours per week
SALARY: £14.62 PAYE or £16.12 UMBRELLA
DURATION: 2 months +
START DATE: ASAP

Join this leading substance support service as a Temporary Recovery Worker and become part of a team dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey to recovery.
- Empower individuals to overcome challenges and achieve their recovery goals.
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
- Make a meaningful impact in the community.
- Provide person-centred support to service users, enabling them to progress in their recovery journey.
- Engage with external agencies to ensure holistic support for service users.
- Coordinate and deliver group workshops and activities focused on promoting well-being and personal development.
- Develop knowledge and understanding of resources available to aid recovery.
- Collaboratively update, create, and review support plans and risks assessments.
- Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport and trust with service users.
- Experience in a similar role within the health and social support sector.
- Understanding of safeguarding and risk management
- Valid driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Dedicated, experienced consultants that specialise in supported housing recruitment
- Temp to perm opportunities available.
