We are excited to be recruiting for a recruiter to join a Leisure company. This is a business that is growing from strength to strength and has created this new position to help the business grow with the support of the right talent.

As the recruiter, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process managers and head office staff across the company. A background in leisure, sport, retail or hospitality is a must to be able to understand the culture, terminology and to be able to work at the pace required. You will be business partnering with the Regional and General Managers to assess needs and deliver a strong pipeline of talent.

The main scope of this role is to oversee the recruitment process of management staff. You will be sourcing, interviewing, making sure that there is a vigilant approach to compliance, and onboarding. This role will be all about the quality of talent rather than quantity. Ideally, you will be working within a recruitment agency, sourcing talent, and looking for your first move into in-house talent acquisition.

The basic salary is up to £35,000 plus benefits including bonus. The role is hybrid with 3 days in the Farnham office. Our client is are looking to interview asap so apply online today if you would like to be part of this outstanding business.
