You could be the perfect fit for the team at Montpellier Resourcing! Due to exciting expansion, we are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator to join our team. We are a boutique recruitment agency with over 30 years in the business, and we specialise in connecting our clients to top tier talent. We hire for a wide range of clients within the financial services sector, including: wealth management firms, international banks and EMIs. We are looking for driven, passionate and enthusiastic candidates to join the team in the City of London.

Key Responsibilities:

Adminstration:

  • Lots of administration duties, inluding typing CVs and scheudling interview arrangements

Resourcing:

  • Using job boards to resource candidate CVs and profiles

Candidate Management:

  • Manage candidates through the recruitment process from initial screening through to start date
  • Actively seek out and headhunt suitable candidates via LinkedIn and job boards and utilise your network to have the highest calibre of candidates available
  • Consistently generate and build a large talent pool of candidates across all levels and maintain strong relationships through regular contact

Client Management:

  • Manage the client experience, effectively managing expectations about new roles, time frames etc to ensure you can deliver on promises
  • Actively seek out opportunities for projects and retainers with the entire Elite business in mind

Sales & Business Development:

  • Find innovative ways to build your network and generate new leads
  • Utilise leads to identify new business opportunities
  • Be seen as a Brand Ambassador when it comes to talking about your industry, the clients within and the types of candidates suitable

Requirements of the role:

  • Self-motivated and positive work ethic
  • Proficient knowledge around Microsoft packages/ Outlook
  • Degree level education or equivalent preferable
