A well established and highly reputable business based in Epsom is looking for an HR Administrator to come on board for approximately 3 months to support with all things Recruitment Administration!
The Role:
Working as part of a friendly regional team, this role will see you providing administration support to the HR team which will include:
- Archiving people files
- Updating the employee database
- Posting adverts
- Adhoc administration
Skills Required:
- Previous experience as Administrator
- Professional communication skills with the ability to liaise with individual at all levels
- Understanding of the importance of working with confidentiality
- Ability to show initiative
- Excellent IT skills
