Our client is a large local government organisation and looking for an experienced Recruitment Administrator to join their team. This is initially a 12 month contract which may be extended for the right candidate

You will

Mixture of home working and onsite at City Hall, Sandy Park, Brislington and Temple Street.

Successful candidates will need to be able to travel into the office and attend in person. This is a really exciting piece of work to be involved in. Our clients Housing service is embarking on a significant recruitment drive to bolster its operational capabilities with a mix of temporary and permanent staff. This initiative is crucial to ensure we meet the needs of our residents and ensure our homes meet new regulatory requirements.

-Support the Housing team with the delivery of high volume specialist recruitment campaigns by providing administrative support. -Use the council’s Applicant Tracking System -Place adverts/ arrange interviews/produce offer letters/ referencing/ CV searching support -Liaise with hiring managers and candidates -Adhere to BCC’s recruitment and selection policy to ensure fair/ transparent recruitment. Essential Criteria: - Able to demonstrate knowledge and/or experience of equalities and diversity issues. - Be involved in the end to end recruitment process from attraction to appointment. - Adhere to recruitment and selection policy to ensure fair/ transparent recruitment - Ability to work effectively within a pressurised environment, where priorities and deadlines are subject to change. - Experience of working with an Applicant Tracking System.
