Join the head office of a friendly and well-established care agency as a Recruitment Administrator.

THE RECRUITMENT ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:
Working in a team, your main responsibility will be to ensure all the temporary workers are fully compliant ahead of their start date. This includes:
  • Verify candidates' right to work
  • Process background checks
  • Ensure candidates have complete all relevant training
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance
  • Monitor and chase outstanding documents
  • Inbound and outbound calls
  • General administration.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Previous administration experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in recruitment and/or onboarding is preferable
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Because this is a critical function, you must be committed and focused with great attention to detail
  • Professional telephone manner.
SALARY & BENEFITS YOU’LL RECEIVE AS RECRUITMENT ADMINISTRATOR:
  • £24,000 + Bonus
  • On call increase in salary
  • 25 days holiday + public holidays
  • Pension
  • Career progression
