Position: Recruitment Administrator 
Location: Fully remote
Hours: 16 hours per week over 4 days a week. The start / end of your day can be flexible, between 9am – 5:30pm.
Salary: up to £18 per hour depending on experience 
Contract Type: Temporary until end of December 2024. 

About the Role:

This is an excellent part-time opportunity for an experienced Recruitment & HR Administrator to join a busy People and Culture team working within a leading charity.

As the Recruitment & HR Administrator, you'll be an integral part of the team, supporting recruitment administration and the employee lifecycle. From coordinating recruitment processes to maintaining HR systems and providing first-rate administrative support, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the team operational processes run smoothly. Your responsibilities

  • Provide effective recruitment administration support relating to onboarding, induction, probation, appraisals, leavers and exit administration.
  • Monitor the careers inbox and responding promptly to candidate queries in a pleasant manner.
  • Support hiring managers with screening of candidates against pre-determined criteria.
  • Coordinate the onboarding for new joiners in line with our safer recruitment procedures including DBS, reference and right to work checks.
  • Ensuring the HR system accurately reflects current staff data. This includes processing leavers, contractual amendments, expiring documents, updating training records and generating standard letters. Act as first point of contact for HR system access requests
  • Assist with the coordination of HR related events, training, and meetings
  • Undertake general HR tasks as required and appropriate to the role.
  • Provide ad-hoc office administration support, including placing stationery orders.
