Our client's vibrant Crawley office is the heartbeat of operations, where innovation and excellence drive success. They are seeking an energetic and driven Recruitment Assistant to join their dynamic team in the Industrial & Driving sector.

THIS IS NOT A SALES ROLE

Our client has been established for over 40 years. They successfully supply temporary and permanent candidates to a huge variety of clients within the RH postcode area (Crawley, Horsham, Burgess Hill, Haywards Heath, Redhill, Reigate, East Grinstead).

Their clients may call in on the day for on the spot cover, or to cover someone for a week as they are on holiday. They may call them at any point for anything, the aim is to support them the best way you can.

They are not just another recruitment agency.

Their team matter, their clients matter and as importantly their candidates matter.

Our client is looking for someone to expand our team that will bring certain characteristics ..

• Humour -yes, they will be spending many hours together so we do need to be able to have a bit of a laugh!
• Motivated and Driven- hungry for more of everything. Hungry to be the best there ever was. Hungry to make their team the best there ever was. Hungry for records, awards and recognition..
• Resilient and Relentless- Nothing worth having comes easy. This job can be brutal at times, yet without this you can never experience what it truly has to offer and how it can change your life and help you grow
• Humble -between them, they will praise each other to the hills and very rightly so. This tops within the team and they can let their work do the talking, without boasting

• Starting Salary of up to £25k
• This is not a sales role, they want a recruitment assistant/ co-ordinator that can look after their existing business, both candidates and clients.

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the Industrial Driving sector but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using databases
