Recruitment Branch Manager
The Staffing Network require an experienced Recruitment Branch Manager to join our Eastern Hub in Spalding.
Since 2015 The Staffing Network has supplied staff within the Driving and Industrial Sectors. We hold a GLAA Licence, Driver Agency excellence Scheme members, Stronger Together and ALP members. Our Spalding Office has been open since 2019, and due to growth in our network we are looking for a Recruitment Branch Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and mindset:
Previous experience working in a Recruitment Agency environment, preferably as a Branch Manager, Business Development or as a Senior Recruitment Consultant looking for a move upwards.
Experience in a Business Development Role within the Recruitment Industry - Preferably within the Industrial, factory, warehousing and Field (GLAA) markets.
Managing and working with our current team of consultants, maximising the potential of the office and areas covered by the Eastern Hub.
Confident on the telephone to speak with both new and existing contacts.
Responsible for sales, business development and customer service with demonstrable results-driven mentality.
Manage key accounts including rotational on-call requirement.
Conduct thorough research on clients, engaging in proactive outreach, developing extensive knowledge of the local market, and taking on other key activities to help effectively bring on new business.
What we offer:
£37,500 to £40,000 basic salary + Uncapped commission (Depending on experience)
