We have a fantastic opportunity for a self motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our Harrogate office and take on an established desk looking after the recruitment of Accountancy staff into Public Practice. Areas you would recruit into are:

  • Audit
  • Accounts Preparation
  • Tax
  • Corporate finance
  • Insolvency

Key duties include:

  • Taking enquiries from clients regarding vacancies and arranging meetings with clients
  • Placing adverts on job boards
  • Shortlisting and submitting CVs to vacancies
  • Arranging interviews, giving feedback and handling the rejection/offer procedure
  • Business development and business generation
  • Taking enquiries, registrations and interviewing of candidates
  • Confirming professional qualifications, identity and eligibility to work of candidates
  • Taking references and writing CVs where applicable
  • Maintenance and administration of database

We welcome applications from people with existing recruitment experience or sales background as full training will be provided from our supportive and hands-on managers. It is more important that you have the drive and attitude with a hard working nature and a tenacious and resilient approach to your work.
