Recruitment Consultant - Cambridge Finance Perms Desk

Join our Reed team in Cambridge as a Recruitment Consultant within the Finance division. You will be joining an existing team of successful recruiters where your focus will be on finding excellent candidates for permanent roles within the fully qualified finance market across Cambridge and surrounding areas.

Day to Day of the Role:

• This is a very candidate driven market meaning a big focus will be on engaging fully qualified finance candidates to then work with mostly warm and engaged clients.
• Develop new and existing client relationships to fulfil their recruitment needs and develop these into long-term profitable partnerships.
• Engage in some level of business development and account management activities.
• Develop a strong candidate pipeline to meet client requirements.
• Business development and networking to bring on new clients in the local market.
