With offices networked across the country and huge amounts of PSL business in place, your role would be to build relationships locally and leverage relationships in order to place your candidates. In a nutshell;
- 270/360 recruiter role working with existing and making new relationships with construction-led firms
- utlising current and building new relationship with candidates in as creative a manner as possible
- networking with decision-makers to keep you one step ahead of the competition giving you a heads-up to build your pipeline of candidates to place on-site
