Recruitment Consultant – Facilities Management
Position: Recruitment Consultant – Facilities Management
Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 (depending on experience)
Location: Remote Working
Employment Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and engage talented professionals in facilities management and building services.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with candidates and clients within the facilities management industry.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to assess candidate suitability.
  • Manage the end-to-end placement process, including contract negotiation.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and candidates.
  • Stay informed about developments in facilities management to meet client needs effectively.

  • Competitive salary between £23,000 and £26,000, based on experience.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within facilities management or building services.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of facilities management industry practices.
  • Track record of meeting recruitment targets.
