Are you an experienced Recruiter looking for your next opportunity? We are on the hunt for a Recruitment Consultant in Leeds. In this 9 month fixed term, 37.5 hour working week, flexible hybrid working role (2 days working from home, 3 days in office), you will help candidates find the right apprenticeships. 

This is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant and fun company where you can earn uncapped commission.

Who You Will Be Working For:
Our client is a well established tech, digital and IT training provider with multiple locations throughout the UK.

What would you be doing?
You will be working closely with the onsite recruitment and client engagement team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Resourcing candidates from various sources.
  • Identifying skills to match appropriately with current vacancies and organising interviews for the candidates as requested by the client.
  • Conducting telephone screenings to determine suitability for the roles.
  • Interviewing apprentices and briefing them about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job in question.
  • Offering support and guidance to learners during their application process.
About You:
If you’re interested in applying, we’re looking for someone who has:
  • Significant experience working in a fast-paced environment and a proven track record in a customer-facing role.
  • Previous experience as a recruitment consultant.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
