We have an immediate requirement for an experienced recruiter to work on a flexi hours basis to suit your lifestyle & needs. This is a home-based role with 1 day per week spent in the office in Bristol [Aztec business Park]
Within this role you will work with new & existing & well-established clients to cover their permanent management roles as well as looking to expand our reach across their many sites. This is a full cycle role where you will lead the whole recruiting process from vacancy take on through to offer.
Above all else you will be trained to recruit in the Strive way which is a best-in-class level of service.
The ideal candidate & what we specifically require:
- An experienced recruiter with a proven track record of consistent billing
- 100% comfortable in BDM - note we are soft sell & NOT hard sell
- Comfortable working under your own self discipline
- The ability to build rapport at all levels
- Comfortable in managing existing accounts & developing opportunities
- Positive attitude
- Genuinely proactive & hard working
- Exceptional communication skills both written & verbal
- Attention to detail, planning and organisation
