We are growing due to continued success and in order to reach our goals, of becoming the number one trusted recruiter within each of the sectors in which we recruit, we need driven individuals to come in as fee earners on the recruitment side of the business.

Additionally, to Recruitment, we have a specialist division offering Mergers and Acquisition services, utilising our unrivalled networks within our core sectors, and assisting business owners to realise their own growth, or succession, plans for their businesses.

We are currently recruiting for Recruitment Consultants to join the business, within both our Legal and Accountancy business areas. These positions would suit people looking for a first step in their career, experienced recruiters, business developers and account managers, or those who have strong knowledge in the relevant fields and are looking for a career change. You would work closely with an established senior team and manage your own portfolio of clients within your sector, taking full ownership of developing key accounts and senior relationships.

We have access to world class facilities and technology to help you deliver the best service possible, including a Salesforce database and LinkedIn Recruiter. Progression opportunities exist towards a Senior level, and then further would consist of the opportunity to move into either a Managing Consultant or a Principal Consultant role. At Senior level, you have the opportunity to mentor trainees and earn from their initial success.
