About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team, specialising in recruitment within the manufacturing/industrial/automotive sector. New Business Development is an important part of this role, so the successful candidate will have proven experience of driving business growth and bringing on new clients as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally within within a similar industry (althought this is not essential), alongside sourcing and qualifying candidate

Essential Skills

• Proven track record of success in business development as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
