Full WFH Model (Recruitment Consultant) - Edinburgh or Glasgow, Scotland based.

• Financial Services Background is essential.
• 2+ Years recruitment experince essential.

Tallgrass Recruitment are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant in Edinburgh or Glasgow who can cover and assist with our existing clients in Scotland.

• WFH 5 Days Per week.

• Account Manager for our exisiting clients in Scotland and make sure all roles are being fulfilled.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities

• Nurture excellent relationships with clients and candidates in Scotland.

• Meet and exceed your targets

• Be involved in client sales and engagement from initial prospecting through to negotiation of contracts and delivery.

• Excellent interpersonal skills especially in communication, persuasion and presentational skills

• Personal and team organisation skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience of working in the recruitment sector (Financial Services.)

• Experience of the full delivery of recruitment services in Permanent Placements.

• The ability to use technology to work more efficiently and effectively

• An aptitude for financials and figures

• An appetite to play a part in our impactful and purposeful company mission

• Full drivers licence
