Fox Morris Group are working to recruit a Recruitment Consultant

Salary up to £25,000 per annum

OTE

Y1: £50k

Y2: £80k - £100k

Y3: £150k+

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Highly motivated and target driven
  • Passionate, enthusiastic and have a natural aptitude for sales
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer Literate
  • Confident personality who can build great rapport

Duties include:

  • Business Development
  • Developing long standing relationships
  • Account Management
  • Sourcing candidates and registering
  • Negotiating terms
  • Working to KPI’s and Targets
  • Administration
