We are looking for a travel industry professional who is seeking a career with lots of variety, great opportunities to progress and fantastic financial rewards. We are looking to grow our London Team, based in offices in the City of London. Due to continued demand for recruitment within the Travel Industry, we are keen to recruit an ambitious travel sales professional who possess lots of drive and determination and who enjoy the satisfaction of account management plus the rewards of business development.

The ideal candidates will be bright, articulate, computer literate and have a minimum of 2 years work experience within any sector of the travel industry, preferably within a sales' orientated role, such as a Travel Consultant within a retail travel agency, tour operator or similar.

The Role.

  • Gaining a strong commercial awareness of the local travel industry job market
  • Identifying new clients using a variety of business development channels.
  • Building rapport with new and existing travel industry clients
  • Negotiating rates and terms with new and existing clients
  • Utilising your travel industry knowledge to identify candidates for your clients' roles.
  • Screening candidate applications and providing career advice.
  • Presenting CVs to clients and providing further profile information.
  • Arranging interviews between the candidate and client
  • Facilitating offers of employment to candidates on behalf of the client.

  • Realistic first year earnings of circa £35k pa, increasing in your second year to in excess of £40k pa. Our experienced Consultants regularly exceed £50k pa and their success is apparent in longevity of their careers with us.
  • Option to work Fridays from home after training is complete (approximately 5 weeks) and 4 emergency work from home days per year
  • No evenings or weekends. Working hours are: Mon 0830-1730 (an hour for lunch), Tues, Weds, Thurs, 0900-1730, Fri 0900-1700
