Responsibilities and KPIs

  • Supply: Grow the days per week (100< per week)
  • Supply: Grow the live candidates available for work in targeted areas
  • Permanent: Grow placement value of your desk (£200k< per annum)
  • Permanent: Maintain an annual pipeline of perm candidates
  • Compliance: Sending candidates to compliance for vetting (10< per week)
  • Support the Eteach CSM team: add value and upsell when direct recruitment opportunities have been qualified
  • Support the Eteach CSM team: identify and communicate opportunities for licence discussions with team leaders (commission split)
  • Support the Sales team: Provide emergency direct recruitment for prospects
  • Support the Sales team: Collaborate with the sales team to communicate key opportunities and book meetings for MAT/Large school groups (commission split)
  • Marketing: Build your personal brand and relationships for the benefit of your desk

Our ideal candidate

  • Experienced supply or permanent recruitment consultant OR Qualified teacher (particularly PE teachers)
  • Graduate or Certificate Recruitment Consultant Practice (Level 3)
  • Proven connections with teachers and/or schools
  • Competitive and resilient personality
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent knowledge of the British education system
  • SEN experience desirable
