Recruitment Consultant

Package: £23-25K Basic DOE - £45K OTE

Established in 2015, our client was born out of a desire to bring innovation and creativity to recruitment within the Property & Construction sector.

They provide innovation in candidate sourcing on a range of white-collar roles for leading Housing and Construction companies across the UK.

Splitting their divisions, they have a team of 360 Recruitment Consultants who work in typical recruitment fashion and a Client Services team who work with long term retained clients to meet their recruitment needs.

The Role

• This role is working with the client services team meaning you are only working with existing clients from day 1 who have paid a retainer to have all their recruitment needs met by our client.
• Recruiting/ Sourcing/ Head-Hunting top talent on behalf of clients
• Consulting between candidates and clients - coaching them on the interview process, gathering feedback, managing expectations and negotiating offers

The Requirements

• Sales/Recruitment Experience or degree educated
• Competitive and goal orientated
• Strong relationship building skills
• Great work ethic
• Financially motivated
• Excellent communication skills
