Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. Ideally you will be knowledgeable in your field with the ability to build and grow your own desk, along with establishing long standing relationships with your peers, clients and candidates alike. We are looking for a recruitment industry professional, with the drive to succeed with a high level of professionalism and honesty; we are accepting applications from all industry sectors.

The role

As an established consultant you will be responsible for building your own Permanent or Contracts desk, which will include producing leads via sales calls and visits, you will also be responsible for the Management of your client accounts and the relationship with your candidates. Interviewing of new candidates for your roles. Along with any other duties that are deemed necessary to support the business needs.

• To make sales calls to support the expansion of the business.
• To build your own permanent or contracts desk.
• Sourcing of candidates for permanent and contract positions. This will require the use of our database, internet job boards, Linkedin and social media.
• To speak to clients and candidates answering any questions or queries.
• Provide basic cover for other Consultants in their absence. To make all information required available for coverage in your absence.
• Office phone coverage as required
• Client site visits where required.
• New Candidate interviews, by digital means, phone or personally whichever is deemed most suitable
