Here at JHP Recruitment, we offer fantastic starting salaries and industry-leading commission structures where you an earn up to £32k in your first year and up to £37k in your second year.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will work as part of a team to develop and nurture existing business, as well as consistently bring on brand new business opportunities, through telephone, email, and face-to-face correspondence with businesses and candidates across the UK.

We are excited to offer graduates and trainee consultants full training in order for you to become an established 360 recruiter, and for those with previous experience, you will play an integral part in growing and developing a brand new team of recruiters here in Exeter.

We offer basic salaries of £22,308pa up to £25,000pa DOE with fantastic commission structures where you can earn up to £37,000pa in on-target earnings.
