Basic Salary: £25,000-£35,000

OTE: £50,000 in year one, £80,000 in year two, and £120,000+ in year three.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Use recruitment tools and technologies to attract, screen, and qualify top candidates.
• Build and maintain close relationships with candidates and clients.
• Keep internal databases updated
• Communicate effectively with a high volume of people.
• Work towards, achieve, and exceed targets using sales tactics.
• Respond to communications promptly to stay ahead of the competition.
