The Role: As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be an integral part of our vibrant and forward-thinking team. You will learn the ins and outs of the recruitment process, from sourcing and vetting candidates to building strong relationships with schools. Your role will be instrumental in helping us maintain our status as market leaders in education recruitment.

As a trainee recruitment consultant, the initial role will be 180, with a strong focus on candidate registration for an assigned sales team.

Here you will:

• Identify and attract top-tier teaching professionals
• Conduct interviews and assessments/collate documentation
• Match candidates with suitable job opportunities for your sales team
• Collaborate with colleagues to understand their staffing needs
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Contribute to team meetings and sharing innovative ideas

Our program places a strong emphasis on three core pillars:

1. Business Development: Learn effective strategies for identifying and approaching potential clients, building meaningful relationships, and expanding our business network.
2. Objection Handling: Develop the confidence and expertise to address client concerns and objections with finesse, turning challenges into opportunities for growth.
3. Customer Service: Understand the vital role exceptional customer service plays in building trust and maintaining long-lasting partnerships, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and impactful one.

On successful completion of the IMPACT academy, you will be assigned a designated area for which you will be responsible for both candidates and schools as you become a fully-fledged SALES CONSULTANT

Here your responsibilities will include:

• Building new relationships with schools and candidates
• An opportunity to brand yourself and be the consultant you want to be!
• Business development calls / activity
• Marketing to candidates and your own individual client base
• Face to face visits and school tours with key decision makers
• Being self-motivated but also a great team player!

As a sales consultant, you will have ownership of your desk and be able to have an entrepreneurial approach as to how you succeed and create your own sales empire!
