Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle.
- Engage with clients to understand their business needs and develop lasting relationships.
- Identify and attract potential candidates using various sourcing strategies.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to match them with suitable vacancies.
- Provide professional and credible communication to both candidates and clients.
- Work closely with team members to achieve targets and contribute to the overall success of the office.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sales focus with the ability to be tenacious and maintain a high work ethic.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to deliver high levels of customer service and build strong relationships.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
