Are you interested in joining a well-established recruitment agency with over 26 years in the industry in Kent?
As a trainee Recruitment Coordinator, you will be given an opportunity to be trained on the job by experienced Directors and Senior Consultants with many years of experience in the recruitment industry.
No recruitment experience is necessary as we are looking for the right personality which is someone who is hard-working, energetic, goal orientated with strong communication and telephone skills.
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will work closely with the Consultants to ensure our clients and candidates get the best possible level of service.

After receiving a full brief from the consultant you will utilise job boards, databases and networking opportunities to find CVs which match the Job requirements.
You will be on the telephone a lot, acting as the point of contact with the candidate to confirm interview arrangements and advise candidates on the best way to prepare for the interview.

At KHR we take care to ensure that you are represented as well as possible so it is worth checking your CV for layout, spelling and grammar as well as making sure it is up to date before you submit. If you feel you need to highlight particular qualifications, skills or relevant experience with regards to a specific role then please add a cover letter or a preface page.
