Pertemps Recruitment are looking for an enthusiastic and driven person to join us as a Recruitment Coordinator.
Joining the Crawley Temps branch, you will be part of a successful team who regularly exceed targets, You will be responsible for recruitment of temporary workers and coordination of workers in to temporary jobs in the transport sector.

Main responsibilities include;
- utilising various methods for candidate attraction including advertising, social media, CV searching and word of mouth
- screening and interviewing candidates to determine suitability for temporary work, including compliance
- monitoring availability of registered temporary workers and coordinating them into temp bookings daily
- liaising with clients- gathering information to ensure an in depth knowledge of client requirements

What we're looking for;
- someone flexible who can adapt to varying workloads and priorities
- a people person- good telephone manner and a friendly approach
- a highly organised individual with excellent time management and detail-orientated
- someone with the determination to overcome challenges and setbacks in their role

This is a varied role which is all about dealing with people.
If you like the idea of recruitment but don't want sales then this is the job for you!
You should be confident and will ideally have a full driving licence as occasional travel locally is required.
Working hours can be flexible but are usually 08.30-17.30 Monday-Friday.
Salary dependent on previous experience between £25-27k pa.
