As an Events Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of all attendees at one of the most anticipated events of the year. Your mission will be to provide top-notch customer service while adhering to the client's regulations and procedures. Under the guidance of your line management, you will safeguard the premises, employees, assets, and visitors at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safety & Security: Ensure the safety of attendees and the venue.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to all visitors.
  • Regulation Compliance: Adhere to the client's regulations, processes, and procedures.
  • Protection: Safeguard employees, assets, and visitors.

Essential Skills
  • Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
  • Experience working within the Security Industry.
  • The ability to manage and influence others.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • A positive attitude and strong decision-making skills.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Ability to remain calm and alert under pressure and during emergencies.
  • Willingness to learn and complete essential training.
