Role Overview
As a Recruitment Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with drive, high energy, and a keen interest in the recruitment industry to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and candidate interviews.
- Communicate effectively with candidates and clients, providing updates and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
- Support the team with administrative tasks and database management.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
Requirements
- High energy and drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR is a plus but not compulsory.
