We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Manager to join our client for a 6 month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews across various departments.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience from sourcing to offer to first day
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and Linkedin
  • Support hiring managers during interviews in order to identify the best candidates for each roles, identify the right cultural and technical fit
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
  • Lead on the onboarding process, ensuring new hires complete induction programmes and experience a positive candidate/ employee journey
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, always driving continuous improvement

Profile

  • Previous experience in a recruitment role, either in-house or in agency
  • Previous experience in the Manufacturing sector is beneficial
  • An excellent understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
  • Previous experience of managing recruitment campaigns from start to end - writing job adverts, supporting interviews, creating job adverts, drafting offers and employment contracts
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Job Offer

  • Salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
  • Option to be full-time or part-time
  • 4 days on-site, 1 day wfh (based on full-time)
