As an Associate Consultant, you will play a vital role in supporting recruitment efforts through prospective and active candidate calls, researching business movements to identify key times to contact potential candidates, and building a LinkedIn network to generate new candidates.

You will work closely with a Recruitment Manager, with extensive knowledge of the market, who will ensure you have every chance for success as quickly as possible - and then look to position you for development, progression and promotions.

Responsibilities:
As an Associate Consultant, you will…

• Generate and engage with active and prospective candidates
• Identify opportunities within the market to approach prospective candidates
• Build an active LinkedIn network within your market to generate new inbound candidates
• Schedule marketing activity across different platforms
• Work with a Recruitment Manager to develop your skillset and ready yourself for progression

• Strong academic background
