Closing Date: 14th July 2024Location: Nottingham Support OfficeContract: PermanentRecruitment Partner: Samantha BramhallRecruitment ResourcerAs part of our Support Office Recruitment team, reporting into the Team Lead, we have a fantastic opportunity that has arisen to join us as a Resourcer.The role of the Resourcer makes a huge contribution to our people strategy and ensures we are recruiting great talent for our Support Office roles through direct sourcing and talent pooling candidates, whilst building our brand within the external market. Key responsibilities include: · Working with Recruitment Partners to establish the candidate requirements for vacancies· Sourcing external candidates through multiple methods e.g. direct sourcing on LinkedIn, referrals, other relevant job boards.· Using internal tools to identify potential candidates e.g. data mining candidates on our recruitment system (Kenexa)· Building and maintaining talent pools for key functions and roles· Conducting initial telephone screens with candidates· Providing market insights to the recruiters and hiring managersWhat you’ll need to have:· Previous resourcing experience or a desire to work in a recruitment environment· You will have a candidate-centric mindset and be an advocate of the Boots brand. You will be the first personal interaction that a potential candidate has with the company and how you present yourself will be important for shaping first impressions. · You will be pro-active and work well in a fast-paced environment with a strong delivery mindset· Strong workload planning/organisation skills· Able to build good relationships with both candidates and stakeholdersIt would be great if you also had: · Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn RecruiterWhy Boots:At Boots, we foster a working environment where consideration and inclusivity help everyone to be themselves and reach their full potential.
