Job Specification
Role: Recruitment Resourcer
Location: Ipswich Town Centre with Hybrid working options
Hours: 37.5 hours a week

Opus People Solutions are seeking a motivated, outgoing and highly organised individual to work as a recruitment resourcer to support our permanent recruitment team. This team typically covers all permanent, full time opportunities including within the private and public sector. This role is a fantastic role for someone who is looking for a varied role where no two days are the same. You will be provided with full training and be working in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Duties and responsibilities:

  • Help to maintain a recruitment database including uploading CV's, changing candidate status, filing documents.
  • Speaking to candidates and registering them with Opus - and through diligent questioning, finding out their career aspirations
  • Creating innovative recruitment and candidate attraction strategies
  • Update candidates regarding their interviews
  • Contacting contacts to provide aftercare after placement
  • Shortlisting CV's
  • Providing CV administration support
