The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, ideally supplemented by certifications such as CIPD, PHR, or competency-based recruitment credentials. With 5-7 years of recruitment experience, including 3-5 years in a leadership role, the candidate should have knowledge of industries such as Marine, Oil & Gas, and Construction.
Fluency in English is required, and Arabic is desirable but not necessary. Expertise in social media recruitment strategies, full-cycle recruitment for high-volume roles, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS tools are essential. Outstanding organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, coupled with discretion when managing confidential information, complete the profile.
