Our client, a global Asset Management Firm, is searching for a Team Assistant to support 3 Recruiters covering the tech, non-investment, and investment divisions.
Working for this unique and exceptional international investment firm, the role will give you extensive opportunity to put your strong organisational skills into practice. You will schedule interviews across all recruitment processes, manage the diaries for recruiters, arrange internal and external meetings and liaise at all levels within the firm, both in London and their international offices. You will also liaise with recruitment agencies, their candidates and have great rapport and ability to represent the company in a positive manner.
Additionally, there will be administrative tasks such as updating the applicant tracking system, preparing offer letters and documentation for new starters and on boarding, as well as assisting with any recruitment events.
To be considered for this role you will need to be A level or degree educated with previous experience as a team assistant ideally gained within a corporate setting.
If you have a business administration course, this will be a clear advantage.
In person you will need to be professionally well presented, communicative, bright and engaging. Have excellent written and spoken English, able to communicate with ease and with confidence at all levels.
This is a high expectation work environment; you should also be able to work 4-5 days in office and be flexible with longer working hours at times of high-volume recruitment processes.
