Recycling & Waste Team Leader

Randstad are currently looking for Waste Team Leaders to collect all aspects including domestic waste, trade waste and recycling which incorporates black box collections, green waste, cardboard and food.

Role:WASTE COLLECTIONS TEAM LEADER

Pay: £12.32

Hours: 37 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• To Operate the Waste Collection Vehicle in a safe and effective manner to enable collection of waste throughout the County Borough.
• To supervise/manage the Waste Collection Operatives to fulfil the duties of their role effectively and efficiently in accordance with all Health and Safety requirements.
• To provide excellent customer care in the delivery of the waste service across Torfaen.

Requirements:

• Previous experience of supervising members of staff would be useful but not essential.
• Applicants must hold a HGV cat C licence.
