Referencing Administrator

My client based in LN6 is seeking a Referencing Administrator for 2 month cover

Mon-Fri, £11.44p/hr 9am-5.30pm

Duties

  • Facilitating paperwork for landlord and tenants
  • Completing referencing and other background checks for tenants
  • Inputting files on the system
  • Dealing with occasional inbound queries and ringing to chase references/documents
