CCS | Compass Corporate Services have partnered with a very successful and growing care homes group in looking for a Regional Facilities Manager.

Overview

As the Regional Facilities Manager you will run the entire RPM & PPM function in 13 care homes across North Essex. Ensuring buildings and environments meet a high standard and initiate a proactive schedule of future works. This is a fast paced, hands on, site-based role and each day will be different so you will need to be organised, proactive with a find a fix mentality.

You will also monitor maintenance standards including the performance of homes maintenance staff at each of the homes. This includes the upskilling of maintenance staff so and trade background is a must.

You will need to have relevant multi-site FM experience and ideally within the care sector. The company's success stems from consistent quality provided by the staff and you would be no exception. In return the group invests heavily in internal, external, and E-training programmes for you to improve and up skill.

Essential Criteria

  • Experience in a similar role within Healthcare
  • Driving Licence
  • Organisation and attention to detail

Desirable Criteria

  • NEBOSH
  • IOSH
  • IWFM
