Runwood Homes are currently recruiting for a Regional Facilities Manager to join their busy Facilities team, working across Nottingham and Doncaster.

The Regional Facilities Manager will be required to manage a portfolio of 12 homes across Nottingham and Doncaster. You will ensure building and environments meet a high standard and initiate a proactive schedule of future works. Monitoring maintenance standards including the performance of homes maintenance staff at each of the homes will also form a key part of your role.

This role is fast-paced and the successful Regional Facilities Manager will be required to work in our homes every day. This role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday but some flexibility is required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Proactively managing and identifying issues
  • Providing solutions
  • Reporting on the condition and presentability of the homes
  • Upskilling Maintenance Operatives
  • Ensuring compliance records are up to date

Previous experience in a maintenance or trade role is desired. You must have a strong understanding of problem-solving and multi-site management, as well as experience in a similar setting (healthcare/care homes). A driving license is essential.

The successful candidate will be provided with a van and a fuel card.
