Our client is seeking a Regional HNW Manager (Cert / Dip CILA) to work from home and manage a team of Loss Adjusters handling a portfolio of High Net Worth losses up to £250,000 from cradle to grave. You will be working from home and operating throughout the North of England (East & West) as required.

You will report into the UK Operations Director and be typically responsible for the allocation of claims, service levels, technical output, staff appraisals & training / development etc.
We are ideally looking for an experienced Manager and/or Adjuster; someone that enjoys managerial work, would relish the task of being responsible for a regional field force and can demonstrate a track record of ‘getting the best’ out of a team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced manager or an Adjuster looking to get into management and you will be working for a market-leading Adjusting practice.
