Description
- Provide comprehensive HR advice to managers and employees
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies
- Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
- Handle employee relations issues, including grievance and disciplinary procedures
- Ensure compliance with employment law and regulations
- Coordinate training and development initiatives
- Participate in HR projects as required
- Contribute to the creation of a positive and supportive working environment
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- CIPD Level 5 accredited or equivalent qualification in Human Resources
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Experience in handling HR matters in a Not For Profit setting
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
