This is a Fixed Term Contract Retail HRBP role. Ideal location to live would be Midland. The patch covers 33 store locations across the Midlands/North/South East
Reporting to the Director of HR Business Partnering and Programmes you will be responsible for the HR service for designated business areas. You will be responsible for translating business strategy into people plans in partnership with other HR teams to create a culture where talent thrives.

Requirements
CIPD Level 5
A demonstratable understanding of the majority of HR disciplines and new emerging HR trends
Experience in a retail/commercial setting
Driving Licence
