What's the gig?

You'll be the Regional Manager leading the charge in expanding the footprint of this small business in new European markets such as France and Spain.

Working closely with the technical and project teams to oversee clients "go live" from start to finish, ensuring the smooth launch of not just a new contract, but a long-lasting relationship.

As well as delivering seamless client experiences, you'll be identifying emerging market trends, spotting new business opportunities and monitoring competitors.

Where it's based: 

You could be anywhere in the UK or Europe but you should be happy travelling to the Essex HQ from time to time. Therefore it's likely you'll want to be based in the South East UK, but it's totally up to you.

There will be regular European travel, so be prepared to jet-set off as and when required.

What you will bring to the table:

You’ve got a track record in regional or international sales management, preferably within arena of product design-for-manufacture / distribution. 

You'll be confident to research, build and deliver your sales plans, through creating a robust sales pipeline and then sealing the deals!

Ideally you'll speak not only English but a second (or third!) European language, but this isn't a dealbreaker.

Salary on offer is up to £70k basic plus an uncapped commission scheme based on your sales achievements.
