Job Title: Regional Manager

Location: Northamptonshire/Leicestershire

Salary: £65,000 to £70,000 (dependent upon experience) car and excellent bonus and benefits package

About the Role: Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment is seeking a passionate and customer-driven Regional Manager for a renowned retailer based in the Northamptonshire/Leicestershire Area. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team and drive exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a fun and empowering environment, putting colleagues and customers at the heart of everything you do.
  • Drive sales and KPI performance across stores.
  • Ensure all stores operate legally with a focus on health and safety.
  • Train, coach, and develop your team, ensuring talent development is a priority.
  • Create and lead effective listening groups to give colleagues a voice.
  • Adapt to changing customer demands and lead the change agenda.
  • Stay updated with current trends to optimize sales, costs, and profit.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a multi-site, fast-paced retail environment.
  • Proven track record of managing 20+ high street stores.
  • Strong commercial acumen and passion for coaching and team development.
  • Commitment to delivering world-class customer service.
