Description

The Regional Network Manager

  • Oversee and manage transport and distribution partners and operations within the South West region.
  • Develop and implement strategic logistical plans to improve efficiency.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage and resolve any logistical issues that arise.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide leadership and support to the logistics team.
  • Regularly report on operational performance and progress.

Profile

A successful Regional Network Manager should have:

  • Pallet Network OR Transport within a Logistics environment
  • Proven experience in logistics and distribution management.
  • Strong knowledge of the Transport & Distribution industry and its regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Outstanding problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in using logistics software.

Job Offer

The Regional Network Manager will receive;

  • A competitive salary of around £50,000 to £55,000, depending on skills and experience.
  • Generous holiday allowance of 25 days plus bank holidays.
